It's summer if you cannot afford a gym fee or are just plane too busy here are some answers.

3.Hula hoops...........Nice and cheap and a great way to get fit......I'm definitely buying one.........
4.Burlesque dancing.........Try mimicking Dita Von Tesse and take up burlesque dancing.
